Castillow is an alumnus of Brigham Young University, where he studied business strategy. He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and resides in Provo, Utah.

The 22-year-old decided to put his education into practice. After two years serving his mission in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala, he started Stēlo Health in August 2025. It was his seventh attempt at starting a business. The first six failed.

On his seventh attempt to launch his business, he met with the formulator who developed a compound called Equol, a natural plant-like compound produced when your gut bacteria digest isoflavones found in soybeans.

He formed his company, Stēlo Health, after realizing the personal frustration of men ages 50 to 75 with products that failed them. He and his team created Stream by Stēlo, a men’s prostate health supplement designed to boost urinary flow, reduce urgency and restore confidence. It is backed by an Equol-based formula and clinical studies, offering men a science-backed, holistic alternative to saw palmetto.

Through his research, Castillow found that Japanese men naturally produce a component called Equol in their bodies by consuming soy, which makes them less prone to prostate and urinary issues. He wanted to give other men who lack this ability the chance to supply their bodies with it through his supplements.

Castillow explained that Equol blocks dihydrotestosterone, or DHT, a strong male hormone made from testosterone, from binding excessively to the prostate. That binding causes older men to use the restroom frequently.

He said he met with the person behind the Equol formulation, created a non-GMO product made from natural ingredients and had multiple men ages 50 to 75 try it. He found it worked effectively within three to four weeks of daily use.

Castillow also explained that customers who took the supplements daily reported no side effects but they experienced benefits such as higher libido, better sleep and a stronger stream.

He and his team took a holistic approach to men’s wellness to ensure this supplement was non-GMO and helped men have a stronger stream after taking it and find real relief. Castillow sells Stream by Stēlo nationwide in the U.S. wellness market, primarily online.

Trust in the Prostate Wellness Market

Castillow spoke on how trust is critical in the health care industry. Men ages 50 to 75 have seen a lot of marketing, especially in the prostate wellness area and they are skeptical of big promises.

That’s why he prioritizes being a founder who explains the “why” behind the product and is open to feedback, which is really appreciated.

People who have worked closely with him say that Castillow is very easy to do business with. They say he has a calm demeanor and an air of expertise that tells you all you need to know about him as a rising entrepreneur.

Grace Chishimba, when asked what Castillow’s best qualities are, stated, “Castillow is a very ambitious young man with an eye for great business opportunities. He is very down-to-earth and I believe that has played a big role in his success story.”

Ralia Olokun-ola, when asked what she thought of Castillow, replied, “I found him to be very welcoming and easy to talk to. He was always open to listening to new ideas.”

Castillow’s Business Projections

From identifying a personal problem for men at a certain age, he recognized that he could grow a brand. Castillow is proving that solving one overlooked health issue can turn into a business that helps men live better every day.

Most of his competitors use saw palmetto as the main ingredient in their prostate supplements. Because many men in Castillow’s targeted demographic take these supplements, they see fewer results. Saw palmetto isn’t as effective as his formula at preventing DHT from binding to the prostate, which can lead to prostate enlargement and discomfort.

As Castillow continues to grow his business, he is open to expanding his reach beyond American borders and using social media to advertise and raise awareness. Castillow is experiencing real traction in real time.

The men’s wellness market continues to expand and prostate health remains one of the most common concerns for men over 50. Castillow’s strategy was to meet customers where they are online by conducting competitor research and seeking honest information.

The brand invests in content that explains the science without talking down to readers. It uses customer language in marketing and answers questions directly rather than hiding behind vague claims. Castillow’s goal is not to sell a bottle and disappear.

His goal is to support men in the long term. When asked about his business projections, Castillow enthusiastically replied, “My revenue is currently $120,000 per month. By the end of the year, it will be $1 million and I want to eventually sell for $50 million in the next three to six years.”

Castillow has seen tremendous growth in sales and his product is in high demand. As of this interview, he was out of stock and is waiting for new supplies to arrive to fill back orders.

Castillow made it clear that Stream by Stēlo’s story is about identifying a gap and filling it. It is about taking a concern that most brands avoid and addressing it head-on.

He will continue using science, clear communication, and a product that delivers results in three to four weeks with daily use.

From that first meeting with the Equol formulator to a brand now serving customers across the U.S., the path has been straightforward. He noticed the problem, built the solution and talked about it honestly. You can order Castillow’s prostate supplement, Stream by Stēlo, at stelohealth.com.
